Personally, these have saved me from multiple breakdowns. I have been taking these for 3 years now( since marley just turned 3). I noticed after having him i would get upset or moody quicker than usual. I would have issues with regulating myself and tapping into a zen moment. These are amazing!! I take one when i get up and i take the other one after work. If i take both at the same time, i'll go to bed lol.

I got this product from Influenster actually. As you can see from the dent, it has been used. It's the perfect first layer to your scent building. It adds a subtle calming lavender scent, along with the deodorizing effect and add the cooling sensation. Chefs kisses.

The spray is a fine mist so even if you dump a decent amount on yourself,it wont even look like it budged. Now I don't use this on my face, I have sensitive skin. However, face is included in the description. If you try it, tell me how it is!
